We are seeking a Farm Hand to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with power tools, heavy equipment operation, and hand tools. This is a physically demanding job that requires heavy lifting and the ability to work in all weather conditions.
- Operate and maintain heavy equipment such as tractors, cultivators, and plows
- Use power tools to maintain and repair equipment
- Plant, cultivate, and harvest crops
- Maintain gardens and greenhouses
- Perform heavy lifting and manual labor as needed
- Operate hand tools such as shovels, rakes, and hoes
- Perform basic math calculations for measuring and mixing materials
- Ability to operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently
- Knowledge of mechanical systems and ability to perform basic repairs
- Familiarity with growing crops and maintaining gardens
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and manual labor for extended periods of time
- Strong attention to detail for maintaining equipment and crops
