Terms & Conditions
All cattle sell under the standard terms and conditions endorsed by the breed association. All sales are final and binding, and settlement is due on sale day unless prior arrangements have been made with the sale office. Any announcements made from the block on sale day take precedence over printed material in this catalogue. Cattle become the responsibility of the buyer as soon as the animal is declared sold.
Semen Testing
All bulls have been evaluated for breeding soundness prior to sale day and are fully guaranteed as breeders. Yearling bulls under 12 months of age will be tested following the sale. Sale day weights and scrotal measurements will be posted and available for review before the sale begins.
Sight unseen Purchase
We understand that not everyone is able to make it out on sale day. If you are unable to attend in person, give us a call ahead of time and let us know the type of cattle you are looking for along with a price range you are comfortable with. We will go through the offering on your behalf and do our best to find the right fit for your operation. If we cannot find something that matches what you have described, we will not fill the order.
Keep & feed
Purchases can be left here at no charge until April 1, and we are happy to arrange delivery or a pickup time that works for you. Cattle remaining after that date will be billed a daily yardage fee. All animals staying past sale day should be insured by the buyer. Please leave delivery instructions with the office staff when you settle up.
Insurance
Insurance will be available on sale day and we strongly recommend it on all purchases.
